Officer Ray Tensing is being charged with murder for killing Sam Dubose
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said in a press conference Wednesday afternoon a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ray Tensing, a University of Cincinnati police officer involved in the shooting death of an unarmed black man named Samuel Dubose. Tensing is being charged for murder and then some.
Deters: “This is the most asinine act I’ve ever seen a police officer make.”
